Paul Cable, the director of Broad Building Inspections, is a highly experienced and licensed building inspector.
His journey in the building industry began at a young age in the UK, where his early experiences in bricklaying laid the foundation for his career.
After moving to Australia, Paul further honed his skills and started a successful bricklaying business. His expertise and dedication led him to manage significant building projects, both in the UK and Australia.
After helping guide his eldest daughter through building her first home in 2017, Paul is passionate about safely guiding people through what could arguably be one of the biggest decisions of their life – home ownership. He uses his knowledge to look out for his clients as if he was looking out for his family.
Paul’s wealth of knowledge and experience makes him a true asset in the building inspection industry, making his insights and services invaluable to those navigating the journey of building or purchasing a home.
As part of Paul’s commitment to continual learning, he completed a Diploma in Building and Construction in 2016. Subsequently, he became a registered building practitioner (BP103305).
In addition to this, his extensive knowledge is not just theoretical but grounded in diverse practical experiences, including running a bricklaying team, managing multi-unit sites, and overseeing large-scale building projects.
He has also further expanded his expertise to include Asbestos and Termitetreatments, as well as meth inspections and contamination assessments.
We know how incredibly stressful the home journey in Perth and the South West can be right now. The market moves fast, the pressure is on, and the last thing you need is to feel left in the dark about what you’re actually buying or building.
That’s why we do things a bit differently.
We don’t just hand you a dense, confusing report full of technical jargon and leave you to figure it out.
We look at every house as if our own family were moving into it and we check every nook, cranny, and roof timber with total honesty.
Because we’re active in WA’s building industry bodies, we keep up with the latest regulations, but our real focus is simple: getting you clear, straightforward answers on the same day as the inspection.
We’re here to give you the objective truth and the peace of mind you deserve, so you can make your next big move with absolute confidence.
