Paul Cable is a highly experienced and licensed Building Inspector, currently serving as the director of Broad Building Inspections. His journey in the building industry began at a young age in the UK, where his early experiences in bricklaying laid the foundation for his career. After moving to Australia, Paul further honed his skills, eventually starting his own successful bricklaying business. His expertise and dedication led him to manage significant building projects, both in the UK and Australia.
Paul’s commitment to continual learning is evident in his completion of a Diploma in Building and Construction in 2016. Then subsequently going onto becoming a registered building practitioner (BP103305). His extensive knowledge is not just theoretical but grounded in diverse practical experiences, including running a bricklaying team, managing multi-unit sites, and overseeing large-scale building projects.
He has expanded his expertise to include Asbestos, Termite, and Meth inspections, making his insights and services invaluable to those navigating the building or purchasing of a home. Paul Cable’s wealth of knowledge and experience makes him a true asset in the building inspection industry.
After helping guide his eldest daughter through building her first home in 2017, Paul is passionate about safely guiding people through what could arguably be one of the biggest decisions of their life – home ownership.
